I really like what you did with the vector's transparency, usually that doesn't do it for me but you were able to change that. I think you did a good job with those glows as well, they're soft and don't clash with the color scheme. I'd suggest changing the white lines' direction and angle, as I believe they contrast too much against the direction of the four lines behind Scootaloo. I believe wallpapers should follow a general direction, or angle, and this one's seems to be diagonal, from the left and top to bottom as implied by the four lines behind the vector, which seem to be dominant here. So the white lines coming from the right kind of go against the flow.

But yeah this is probably my favorite of yours, and it's actually a very nice wallpaper. You have skills.
